The entire house was fully renovated 2015 year, with modern conveniences and furniture, while using traditional materials to preserve its historic character. The bedroom has a large bed, with 2 twin-sized mattresses joined together and a wardrobe closet. The kitchen is well equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven and a small table for 2. The living room has a dining table for 6, a queen-sized futon/sofa (sleeps 2), one sized futon/chair (sleeps 1) and a wardrobe closet. There is a bathroom with shower. The kitchen and bathroom face the courtyard terrace and back entrance. The living room and bedroom have seafront views.
