The floating vacation home has its own jetty where you can moor your smaller boat, canoe or SUP. You enter the house via the terrace with an unobstructed view of the water. If you need shade, the owner keeps a sun sail in the house for you. Through the terrace you enter the living room with open kitchen. From the seating and dining area you have a beautiful view of the surrounding water. For a houseboat, the kitchen is equipped above average. For example, there is a small dishwasher and an oven. The bedrooms have a double bed (200x180cm and 200x150cm) and a TV.
The houseboat is located next to a small marina where you can use the boat ramp (for a fee at the reception). The surrounding area is ideal for hiking, biking and boating. In the Netherlands, visit the white city of Thorn, the historic cities of Maastricht and Roermond and the national parks De Meinweg and De Groote Peel. Cycling enthusiasts can visit the beautiful nature reserve Linnerweerd. At the beach of Maasterp, near the Dilkensplas National Park, you can swim, surf, canoe and wakeboard. In Belgium, be sure to visit Maaseik, the Burgundian city of Hasselt and De Hoge Kempen National Park.
