The cottage stands on a slope and there are long steps leading to the beach that faces the North (steps might cause some problems for small children). The pond has clear water. The cottage has its own boat, all motor sports are forbidden on the pond. The owner has license marks for fish traps and there are also fishing rods and spinning rods in the cottage. Separate roofed grill hut. The cottage has unique gnarl furnishings, the ground floor has under floor heating. The owner makes 2 km tracks for cross-country skiing if there are enough snow. The owner can borrow 4 bicycles (incl. helmets) and 2 pairs of snowshoes. Shelter 500 m from the cottage.
