It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, separate toilet room, 2 living room ( living room on the 1th floor sofa is not for sleeping) , kitchen on the first floor, one more kitchen on 2th floor and one more bedroom, bathroom, living room with extra queenside bed on 2th floor and can accept up to 10 persons. Villa ROSEMARY has solid wood flooring , fully equipped kitchens and fully equipped bathrooms. It is equipped with LED TV, and internet.
ROSEMARY has an extraordinary south-facing position, on the seafront, on the cliff above magnificent lagoon. This position provides a breathtaking view, clarity, unparalleled sunshine, and the beach at your fingertips. Beautiful BELLEVUE beach under the house even have a cave where you can swim in to it.
Guests will be provided with entire Villa, completely private terrace with furniture and private parking place.
Bus station for old town is 5 min from Villa and ride with bus lasts 4 min.
In addition, the Villa is surrounded by all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay: restaurants, cafes, theaters and open-air cinema, shops and grocery stores, newsagent, pharmacy and medical center, bus station and taxi, etc. Finally, visitors are welcome to use services of one of the most luxurious hotels in Dubrovnik (Rixos Hotel, 5 Stars), terrace bar, caffe, restaraunt.
