Settle into this modern designer home in a secluded dune setting. On the ocean side of Montauk Highway, the property borders a nature reserve and is a quick 5 minute scenic walk to one of the most beautiful beaches on the East Coast.
Being in this very special natural setting while enjoying the comfort and amenities of this exceptionally maintained home is a truly wonderful experience. Every room is connected to the beautiful outdoors with oversized windows for a sun-splashed experience.
The main floor has an open, spacious living and dining area. Double height ceilings abound; every room has something special to offer. The main level has three bedrooms and an additional sitting/yoga room all with their own deck access and two full bathrooms. There is an indoor/outdoor streaming sound system, four TVs, high-speed internet and a fireplace for those chilly evenings.
The 2nd floor primary suite has balconies on three sides and a bridge that overlooks the main floor. The ensuite bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub, shower and double vanities. There is also a work space with its own fireplace and TV.
The expansive, outdoor wraparound deck has a heated salt water swimming pool that also connects to the screened porch and hot tub room. Relax in the sun or under the shaded pergola, play your favorite tunes on the outdoor stereo speakers, and enjoy a game of ping pong. When it's time to eat, there's a chef's grade grill. For more outdoor fun, pack up the wagon with your favorite food and drinks and stroll down to the white sandy beach. Spend the day playing in the waves, and when it's time to come back to the house, rinse off in the outdoor shower under the sunny blue skies.
There is a two car garage next to the main house.

• Gas and Electric (Note: usage can vary depending on the number of guests and length of stay. The pool is heated by gas and can become expensive if you were to continuously run the pool heater.
• Cleaning: For stays over 10 nights the house must be cleaned weekly by our cleaning service (Hilda).
